About Us

Are we firefighters?  No, just two guys who love to brew beer out of their garage. Like every home brewer we needed to get creative with our equipment. Because we didn't have big enough pots, we used Igloo coolers to brew our beer. In the brewing process strike water needs to go over the mash into the boil kettle so we needed to find a way to do it. Because we didn’t have a pump we had to improvise and take two pieces of wood and Two Ladders to put the Igloo coolers on top of each other and let gravity do the work!   Problem solved!  Giving birth to both our brewery and distinctive name!
